It’s easy to get started with a smart flowerpot. Just add 4 AA batteries and fill the water tank once a month or so. Batteries will last for 8-12 months.

Plants still need a little love and common sense

Despite the high tech involved, remember it’s a live plant. Please don’t place your plant away from light and don’t cut off all the leaves at once.

Chili pepper originates from South America and is grown around the world as a spice or medicine. It’s estimated that Chili peppers have been a part of the human diet since at least 7500 BC.

While many of our users grow chili for its looks alone, it’s great for cooking. Our variety is quite strong so just a pinch of chili is enough to add some spice to your kitchen adventures.

Sprouting and speed of growth depends on the amount of natural light available. In spring and summer months plants grow faster, and in winter an additional grow light may be necessary.
